Terms and Conditions

Please kindly read these terms and conditions carefully. On booking online or signing our booking form when making reservation over the phone or by email, you are deemed to have read and accepted our Booking Conditions, and are accepting the terms of these conditions on behalf of all persons in the party
These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with Halong Bay Cruise Operated by Asia Travel & Leisure Co., Ltd. By entering the site you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.
1. RATE
Tour prices are valid till December 2024 is net price and quoted in American dollar per person
2. PAYMENT
Kindly make deposit/payment via our secured online payment. We accept Debit Card, Credit Card Visa, Master, American Express and JCB.
Note:
- When you pay by Visa or Master Credit Card/ Debit Card, 3% of convenient fee of the total payment will be added.
- Processing fee for Amex Card is 4.5%.
Bank Transfer Our Cruise Specialists will provide our bank details
- If you choose to pay the balance by bank transfer, we would request you to wire money before the tour starts at least 2 weeks 14 days, then send us the bank slip.
- Final payment must be confirmed and validated by us. We are not responsible for errors or omissions that may occur as a result of the transfer of incorrect information from you or third party travel service suppliers.
- In case you write any wrong information not the same as we officially provided and it takes time to amend, we will request you to pay by other method such as credit card or cash to secure your booking. Otherwise, your service will be released.

3. DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION
30% of the total tour cost to be deposited upon commitment of the tour, this deposit is non-refundable. This amount will be paid by credit card Our Travel Consultant will send you the link to pay online or by bank transfer. This is required to confirm your booking.
Where deposits and advance payments are required from contractors/third parties, these will also be invoiced to the client for payment. This will be required for us to secure service contractors/third parties. Pre-payment procedures during high/peak seasons may also vary, depending on the accommodation policy to guarantee the booking. We will inform you accordingly about this for each individual case.
The remaining balance of the tour cost 70% will be paid at least 14 days prior to arrival date.
There may be additional fees required – We will advise specifically case by case. The deposit should be made by Credit Card or Bank.

Note: Other cases will be notified specifically by your travel consultant based on actual booking terms & price conditions that charged by our suppliers in case of cancellation or amendment.

4. FINAL PAYMENT
For your convenience, the balance shall be settled in Hanoi by either Cash or Credit Card.
Normally before departure, our Cruise specialist will meet you in 10 minutes at your hotel lobby for tour briefing and settle the balance of the tour.
5. REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICE
No Refunds or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transports or any other services, which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
6. PRIVACY POLICY
Halong Bay Cruise is committed to supporting the highest standards for the Fair Handling of Personal Information. We recognize that some visitors to our web site may have concerns about the information they provide to us and how we treat that information.
This Privacy Policy has been developed to demonstrate to our valued clients that we collect only the information necessary for our interaction with them and to fulfill their instructions to us. We are committed to the highest ethical standards in the collection, security and use of the personal information provided to us.
7. VOUCHER
Voucher will be issued after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email/fax to passenger.
8. LIABILITY & INSURANCE
Halong Bay Cruise is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance. Airline schedules and local conditions may be affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, will endeavor to substitute suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tour implies full agreement to above conditions by all parties involved.
9. CONFIRMATION
Your booking will be confirmed as soon as we get the deposit from you, we will send you the Bill and Vouchers after we finalize the payment.
