PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
Kindly make deposit/payment via our secured online payment SSL. We will create an order for each transaction and send you the link to pay. Vietnam Today Co., Ltd l is a verified member of One Pay so we could accept Credit Card, Visa Card, Master Card and JCB card (see payment guide).
Note: When you pay by Credit Card, please add 3% of bank commission. 

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
A deposit of 30% of the tour value or US$ 200 per person by credit card or bank transfer plus bank charges (processing fees) is required upon confirmation of your booking (If this amount is less than US$1000, a US$100-per-person deposit will apply). Once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions.
The remaining balance of the tour value (70%) is due upon your arrival in Vietnam, payable at our office in Hanoi. Cash is preferred to reduce any processing fees that may affect your cost.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent & received by us via fax or email. The following rules apply for cancellations:
* Cancellation less than twenty one (21) days and more than fourteen (14) days prior to departure: Will be assessed a $200 per person administrative cost in addition to any cancellation charges by hotels and airfare on the tour.
* Cancellation less than fourteen (14) days prior to departure: Complete forfeiture of deposit, due to hotel charges for no-shows and organizing fees.
* Refunds will be made when the booking is cancelled from you. We will charge the credit card fee only.



PAYMENT GUIDE
Instructions to pay online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB Card


We connect with OnePAY Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payment (www.onepay.vn). All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. Your card information will not be stored at our system (merchant) but MasterCard with internation security standard.

After you have received your Order from us through a link, please check the information of the Order. If all the information is correct, please check the Travel Terms and click, I agree with Terms and Conditions, and click Submit.
You will be redirected to OnePAY Payment Gateway to pay us online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB Card with following steps:

1. Card type selection:

The payment gateway interface will appear as below for you to select the card type you are going to pay with:


The URL (Uniform Resource Locator) will begin with https://migs-mtf.mastercard.com.au

2. Card Information Input
To make the payment, you will input the following card information:
* Card Number
* Expiry Date
* Security Code CVV, CVC
* Billing address (Card holder's address which has been registered with the Issuer Bank)
* Online payment password (If you have enrolled 3D- Secure Program for your card with the Issuer Bank namely Verified by Visa for Visa card, MasterCard Secure Code for MasterCard, and J- Secure for JCB Card).

Click PAY


3. Transaction Result

You will be asked to wait for some seconds for the transaction result from OnePAY payment gateway. Then, you will receive an email to inform the Order status and the transaction result.

Note:

In some cases, your transaction may be not successful due to:
-         In correct card information
-         Not enough credit balance (daily or monthly)
-         Your card has not been activated for online payment. You should contact the Issuer Bank for the card activation.
In case you input correct card information but you did not receive the transaction result from the payment gateway or from us. Please do not try to make other payment. Contact us to get the transaction result and confirmation of the Order
